Sign up for Deck the House 2023 - a Holiday Light Competition

It is time for the fun to begin as the Cheraw Recreation and Leisure Services Department presents its 3^rd annual “Deck the House” holiday house contest featuring competing houses throughout the Town of Cheraw. Entry is free, and participation is open to all residents with a Cheraw 29520 zip code. The contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the exterior. Contest applications and guidelines available at the Cheraw Community Center (due December 13). A Facebook-driven Fan Favorite contest will be held on the Cheraw Recreation and Leisure Services Facebook page (voting on Wednesday, December 20 from 9:00am – 11:00pm only). The winners will be announced on Thursday, December 21.
